This is a significant time for our church, and we recognize the importance of finding a leader with the qualities that will guide us into the future. We are committed to a thoughtful and prayerful process, seeking God's guidance as we discern the best path forward. We will work together to define the characteristics and skills we seek in our rector, ensuring that their leadership aligns with our church's values and vision. We will keep you informed throughout the process and share updates.

We also want to thank the Profile Committee for their work on the St. James’ Profile and the Office for Transition Ministry Portfolio. These efforts have laid a foundation for future work in finding a rector aligned with our church.
